The investor joins in a new night with Jades Capita.
During the meeting, we will provide an overview of our investment strategy, risk control strategy, and pillars of investment.

We will also answer any questions the investor may have and provide additional information as needed.

Once the investor has decided to invest, we will provide a Subscription Agreement and PPM for their review and signature.
The Subscription Agreement outlines the terms of the investment, including the amount to be invested, payment terms, and any fees associated with the investment.
The PPM provides a detailed overview of our investment strategy, risk control strategy, and pillars of investment.

Once the investor has signed the Subscription Agreement and PPM, they will make a capital call to invest in Jades Capital.
The capital call will be used to fund the fund’s operations and initial investments.
The investor will be required to make the initial investment within a specified timeframe, usually 30-60 days.

After the initial investment, investors may be required to make additional contributions to the fund, known as “top-ups”.
Top-ups will be used to maintain the investor’s pro-rata share of the fund’s assets.
Top-ups will be required at regular intervals, usually quarterly or annually.

As an investor in Jades Capital, you can expect regular updates on the fund’s performance and market conditions.
We will provide quarterly or annual reports, detailing the fund’s performance, portfolio composition, and any significant events or changes.
We will also be available to answer any questions or concerns investors may have.
